We bought this motorhome, (new), in Northampton,
Massachusetts in July 2002. It had been a dealer’s show
rig. We had planned to make a cross-country move to Oregon,
and decided to take the opportunity to ‘See America’. We were
first-time RVer’s, but adapted to life on wheels right
away.
We drove as far north as Niagara Falls, and down
the Eastern Seaboard as far south as Miami. We moseyed back up
through Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and then across Arkansas,
Oklahoma, and Texas. We spent time in the ‘4 Corners’ area of
the Southwest - New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. Of
course, we visited the Grand Canyon. We wound up our odyssey
by driving north through California in late November. Then, we
used the rig as ‘home’ as we explored various areas of Oregon before
deciding to settle in Yamhill County.
We loved life on the road, but practical concerns
dictate that we stop fooling around & get back to work. We
hope that the next owners of this fine rig have even half the fun
and adventure that we did.
