As if there weren't enough amenities - the combination washer/dryer tucked away in a cabinet lets you skip the public laundry facilities.  It's a bonus you'll appreciate when it's raining - no dragging a laundry bag outside!  Front-loading design saves on water and detergent - you only use a spoonful. 

Bath is very bright, (skylight in shower), with lots of storage.  Combo Tub/shower is big enough to get a soak when you need it, and makes a handy stow-away spot for stuff while on the move.  Vent with fan has a rain hood, so can be used in any weather.  (Same for kitchen fan.)
